We are looking for a caring support worker to join our team to provide daily living skills and connecting with their communities.

The Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi
In this role you will:
Be busy supporting people with budgeting and independent daily living skills.
Attending appointments and advocating for people.
Might be assisting people to connect with their communities.
Be prepared to do whatever it takes for the people we support - cleaning, cooking, gardening, personal care or helping out with everyday tasks.
You | Mōu
You must hold a current full New Zealand driver’s licence
You must hold a current first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one.
Hold either the Level 4 New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (or a recognised equivalent) or be willing commence study towards this qualification within six months of starting with us. This needs to be completed within two years of commencement. We offer our staff significant support to complete this study.
Able to be flexible and available for varying shifts.
Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the articles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
