Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, focusing on property transactions.
  • Managing schedules, appointments, and deadlines, including settlements and e-dealings.
  • Handling conveyancing tasks, including Landonline processes.
  • Maintaining filing systems (digital and physical) with confidentiality.
  • Drafting contracts, lease agreements, and other property-related documents.
  • Processing invoices, billing, and general administrative duties.


You will bring:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary in New Zealand (essential).
  • Expertise in property law processes, including conveyancing and settlements.
  • Proficiency with Landonline and legal practice management software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • A professional, client-focused, and team-oriented approach.
