About the role and who we are looking for:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Permanent Full-Time Retail Assistant to work at our site in Taranaki Hospital.

You will be responsible for:

  • helping with food prep,
  • making outstanding coffee,
  • using the eftpos machine,
  • ensuring all requests are dealt with in a professional and timely manner,
  • providing superb customer service and
  • assisting with general cleaning duties.


Ideal skills and experience you will have:

If you're our ideal candidate you will be highly motived, reliable and honest, with high standards in personal presentation. You will be a multitasker, organised, hardworking, with a friendly, helpful and smiling outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude. Ideally you will already have some experience working in a similar environment and hold a food safety certificate (Unit Standard 167), or be happy to be train for one. You will have superior customer service skills but, most importantly, you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality.
