Be part of the hub for Alcohol and Drug Support in Canterbury
ChristchurchCentralService is a local hub for all alcohol and drug services helping to improve access for individuals and agencies. This city centre service provides a collaboration of clinical service providers and a venue for community groups.
We are looking for someone to join our friendly team based at Christchurch Central Service on the outskirts of the CBD. This is an opportunity to be part of the hub within the wider AOD Sector and get variety across the working week. Our team provides screening for addiction treatment and other supports.
The hours of the service are 8.30-5pm Monday-Friday, so you will mainly work within these hours, and include one evening per week to facilitate open support groups.
We would like to hear from you if you:
have worked in the health sector navigating pathways
are working towards a clinical pathway such as DAPAANZ, Social Work, OT etc
Christchurch Central Services is managed by Odyssey House Christchurch, in collaboration with key partners within the AOD sector.
Induction & on the job training will be provided to the successful applicant. Relocation allowance is available for applicants wishing to relocate.
