As our Studio Manager, you'll be the creative force behind our visual storytelling—leading studio operations, styling shoots, and ensuring our content is always fresh, aspirational, and on-brand. You'll work closely with our marketing and digital teams to push creative boundaries, manage an efficient studio workflow, and lead a team that delivers high-quality imagery that drives online engagement and sales.
About the Role
- Lead and manage all studio operations, ensuring seamless execution of e-commerce and campaign shoots.
- Work with the marketing team to develop creative briefs, mood boards, and styling guidelines.
- Source and book models, stylists, and creatives while maintaining strong industry relationships.
- Oversee shoot styling to ensure garments are presented in a way that resonates with our audience.
- Manage budgets, scheduling, and ensure all assets are delivered on time.
- Mentor and support the Studio Assistant, fostering a high-performance creative team.
About You
- 3+ years of experience in a similar studio, styling, or creative role.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, styling, and digital content production.
- Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
- Highly organised, deadline-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom) is a plus.
