With a proven track record of delivering complex projects up to $300m, they work across a diverse range of sectors including commercial, retail, aged care, government, and accommodation. With an exceptional reputation for delivering technically challenging projects, they continually exceed clients’ expectations while providing a safe and rewarding environment for their teams.

Due to a busy pipeline of work, they are now seeking a Building Services Manager to join the team on a newly awarded Wellington based project.

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 6 years proven experience in Building Services
  • Experience working for a main contractor is preferred, however they will also consider candidates from a subcontractor background
  • Site based role delivering the building services packages (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, communication)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Site based experience is essential
