SkyCity's Fortuna Restaurant is a buffet style restaurant that is proud of its extensive seafood selection, champagne ham, a fantastic range of fresh salads, vegetarian dishes and of course a variety of tasty desserts. It is a great place for friends and family gatherings and celebrations.
The team at Fortuna is looking for a Host Cashier to join their close-knit team. In this role, you will manage table turn over, bookings and inquires and create memorable and lasting impressions for our customers.
Mōu | About You
To be fantastic in this role you will:
- Have a positive and friendly attitude
- Have some experience in a restaurant environment and at least 1 year experience in a host role
- Display flexibility and willingness to wow our diners
- Ideally, you will have good working knowledge of reservations systems
