About the role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate chef to join the kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise in a beautiful and inspiring setting.

The role will involve

  • Ensuring compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Developing innovative and exciting menus that reflect the seasonality and quality of local produce.
  • Managing food costs and inventory.
  • Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Contributing to the overall success of the hotel's culinary program.
