The role will work alongside two market leading Partners where you will work with and learn from the best and get exposure to interesting and complex matters. They are a busy, growing team and the role has the opportunity to progress to Partnership for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Associate or Special Counsel, your role will be pivotal in advising on cross-border M&A and investment transactions as well as the following
- Advising on cross-border M&A and investment transactions;
- Advising on off-shore VC and overseas investment work;
- Advising on Renewable Investment work;
- Advising on joint ventures and commercial contracts;
- Advise clients involved in a diverse range of industries including particularly the forestry, agriculture, wine, food processing, insurance and financial services, technology and venture capital sector;.
- Mentor junior lawyers in the team.
What you bring:
- At least 5 years PQE in a corporate or commercial team;
- Relevant specific industry experience;
- Exceptional academic achievement;
- Superior technical skillset;
- Professional presentation and the ability to engage confidently and effectively with clients;
- Experience working on large M&A transactions and overseas investment work.
