The Role:
Working with an established portfolio, you will be working alongside a Senior Property Manager with your responsibilities including but not subject to;

• Managing tenant relationships including communication, lease renewals, maintenance coordination, and rent arrears
• Conducting check-in and check-out inspections with tenants and prepare detailed reports
• Handling tenant issues promptly, including Tribunal applications and mediation
• With a positive and knowledgeable team around you, collaboration is key – this team are so supportive and successful, and they love celebrating your success.

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage tenant relationships and handle lease renewals and rent arrears
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with various property management software programmes are a plus!
