Job Description
Te kōwhiringa | The Opportunity
We are seeking an Asphalt Plant Production Foreman to join our team in Auckland. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in Asphalt Production, Health and Safety, and business development to work alongside our experienced Asphalt Production Team.
This is a full-time, permanent position that will require overtime and occasionally weekend shifts.

As an Asphalt Plant Foreperson, you will have a ‘can do’ attitude and a proactive outlook combined with an ability to work within a team.
You’ll also bring:
- Previous experience in Asphalt Manufacturing would be highly regarded, preferably in asphalt production.
- A degree or thorough understanding in Mechanical or Electrical systems would be highly regarded.
- An uncompromising focus and commitment to safety and environmental management, with experience in hazard identification and risk management.
- Ability to work closely with the plant supervisor, Production Manager and regional manager, with a goal for succession planning in the future.
- Strong analytical and problem – solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
