THE OPPORTUNITY: We're on the hunt for a rockstar Sales Coordinator to join our team and help us hit our revenue goals while keeping things fun and dynamic. As our Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our OneRoof team at NZME Auckland Central, driving revenue growth with your proactive support. You’ll handle everything from ad bookings and campaign management to reporting and customer communications. It’s a fast-paced role that’s all about keeping things running smoothly and ensuring our clients (and team) are always in the loop.

HOW YOU’LL DO IT:

  • Account Coordination: Be the superstar support for our sales team, optimizing processes for bookings, layouts, and campaigns.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop solid communication channels with our clients and team to keep everyone informed and satisfied.
  • Process Improvement: Drive innovation with fresh ideas and better ways of working.
  • Organisational Skills: Juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to new media platforms - whether it's print, digital, radio, or video.


ABOUT YOU: You’ll be deadline-driven, detail-oriented, and thrive on solving problems. A master of workflow management, you’re a clear communicator who loves working in a team. You bring experience (and maybe even a qualification) in a similar role, plus the passion to learn and grow in a dynamic media environment. You’re adaptable, proactive, and ready to take ownership of your success.
