Job Description

Our client is embarking on an exciting journey of ERP modernisation and is seeking a seasoned ERP Programme Manager to lead the way. This role offers a unique opportunity to spearhead a transformative project, upgrading their SAP platform to enhance operational efficiency and business strategy execution. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of improving business performance, establishing a platform that supports data, asset, and cost management strategies.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the ERP modernisation programme, ensuring alignment with strategic customer commercial and data needs.
  • Present critical information relating to the delivery of the programme to executive and board members.
  • Utilise industry-standard programme management methods to communicate programme progress effectively.
  • Conduct executive workshops to revisit the programme's strategic objectives.
  • Successfully lead multi-module implementations of SAP S/4 Hana.
  • Manage complex data migration from legacy systems.
  • Negotiate and manage challenging conversations on commercials, prioritisation trade-offs and anomalies with programme team & external parties.
  • Align ERP implementation with broader business strategy, identify opportunities for value creation.


What you bring:

  • Proven experience leading upgrade from SAP ECC to SAP 4/Hana rise.
  • Experience using SAP activate methodology.
  • Track record of managing large programme budgets ($30M+).
  • Understanding of various integration architectures and methodologies.
  • Experience establishing effective commercial governance structures.
  • Experience developing comprehensive change management and communication strategies.
  • Ability to engage positively with change initiatives to achieve buy-in from employees impacted by the change.
