THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re seeking an Intermediate Technology Product Manager to own and elevate the lifecycle of NZME’s enterprise technology, corporate experience and commercial solutions. In this exciting role, you’ll focus on driving operational efficiency and supporting the growth of our commercial ecosystem, all while collaborating with business stakeholders to enhance revenue capabilities. Your impact will directly shape the future of technology at NZME!

HOW YOU'LL DO IT:

  • Lead with vision: Partner with stakeholders to define the product strategy and build out roadmaps that drive business growth
  • Fuel innovation: Leverage data analytics, customer insights, and market trends to inform decisions and bring fresh ideas to life
  • Drive execution: Take ownership of product delivery, ensuring projects stay on track and meet key milestones while effectively managing risks
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with technical teams, business leaders, and product owners to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with business goals
  • Monitor & optimise: Track system performance and user adoption, making adjustments as needed to maximise value and impact
  • Define requirements: Lead requirements gathering and analysis through stakeholder engagement, creating comprehensive specifications and process flows while ensuring solutions are feasible and deliver measurable business value


ABOUT YOU:

  • 2+ years in a Product Management or Product Owner role, with a solid understanding of technology products and lifecycle management
  • You have a strong understanding of enterprise systems, integration, and optimising business processes – plus, you're comfortable translating complex technical concepts for a variety of audiences
  • You have experience working in Agile environments, and you’re skilled at using data and analytics to guide product decisions
  • You excel in cross-functional communication, building strong relationships with stakeholders and influencing outcomes
  • You put the customer at the heart of every decision, ensuring that both internal and external needs are met with excellence
