Ko tō tūranga – your role
As our Senior Manager, Health, Safety, and Wellbeing you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of safety excellence across our teams and partners, ensuring that best practices are embedded throughout the organization.
Your leadership will be instrumental in designing and executing a cutting-edge HSW strategy, building frameworks that proactively identify risks and championing initiatives that make a real impact. From overseeing One NZ’s HSW risk assessments and compliance reporting to continuously improving safety programs, you will play a critical role in fostering a dynamic, proactive approach to workplace health, safety, and wellbeing.
Leading a dedicated team of two, you’ll coach, develop, and inspire them to grow, while also spearheading HSW committees, monitoring safety performance, and enhancing wellbeing systems.
Your ability to align HSW practices with business goals will be key, ensuring One NZ remains a leader in workplace safety. As a trusted advisor, you will work directly with the One NZ Executive and Board, providing transparency and accountability in our safety efforts.
