Architectural Drafter – CASUAL CONTRACT (ongoing)
South Auckland

84 Recruitment is assisting a well-established design consultancy in South Auckland that is seeking an Architectural Drafter to join their South Auckland office on a casual contract basis. You'll be working closely with experienced Architectural Designers and Structural Engineers across a range of prefabricated housing projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Produce detailed CAD/Revit drawings from sketch plans.
  • Assist with building consent applications and documentation.
  • Site Surveying in the early design stage.
  • Collaborate with senior designers and engineers on project delivery.


What You Bring:

  • Diploma of Architectural Technology (or equivalent qualification).
  • 4+ years' New Zealand-based drafting experience.
  • Proficiency with Revit and CAD software.
  • Strong working knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code (especially NZS 3604).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
