Job Description

The Role:
You will be stepping into our vibrant, fast-paced People & Performance team, reporting to our People & Performance Manager for Mico. This role will see you working with our branch network & support office functions to offer comprehensive & professional HR coordination support.

Daily you will be responsible for, however not limited to -

  • Manage the people inbox and provide a timely response to a wide variety of queries
  • Communicate with stakeholders around HR processes and policies
  • Creating and sending documents, ensuring consistency with policy & legislation
  • Onboarding new starters into our HR systems
  • Process and maintain all employee changes in our HR system to ensure data is accurate and always the ‘source of truth’
  • Running reports in our HR systems monthly/quarterly/annually as and when required
  • Providing administration support for annual HR events
  • Liaise with managers and employees to answer employment related queries


This is a permanent part -time role, offering 25 hours a week, Monday-Friday, based at our National office in Penrose.

About you:
We’re looking for someone who enjoys and thrives working at pace and wants to be part of a friendly and supportive team and looking to grow their career in HR.

  • Previous experience in Administration/coordinator role ideally within the HR space
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft suite with a strong ability to learn new systems
  • Organised and able to work to deadlines with great attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator in both written and verbal form with a passion for customer service
  • Great at multitasking, excellent time management & solution focused
  • Self-starter who is eager to learn and grow in the HR space
