The Role:
End to end accounts receivable process for domestic customers and back up foreign currency
Review and resolve customer billing issues and queries
Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Work closely with Finance Manager to identify process improvements
Your Profile:
Proven experience in a high-volume environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
End to end accounts receivable / credit control experience
Natural team player and ability to collaborate
Intermediate excel skills
Solid ERP experience
