We are currently looking for an exceptional Chef to join one of our High End Corporate Catering - Business and Industry sites in Wellington CBD. This is Permanent Full Time Position rostered from Monday to Friday. Enjoy your weekends off!

Our Chefs are at the very heart of what we do. Hundreds of thousands of people around New Zealand rely on us every day to provide their breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:

  • you will be responsible for preparing, cooking and serving quality meals for our customers.
  • You will need to be able to cook within budget.
  • Assist with ordering and menu development as well as ensure the health and wellbeing of our customers through allergen and nutrition management.
  • You will also be catering for functions as required, and assisting with general kitchen and cleaning duties.


He kōrero mōu / About you:

If you're our successful candidate,

  • Experience with creating salads, sandwiched and cafe style cabinet food
  • Experience in baking and pastry is definitely a bonus
  • Be hard working, reliable, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Experience in buffet, Al a carte and interactive cooking
  • Have excellent understanding of all hygiene, health and food safety practices in a food environment
  • Demonstrate a passion for food, people, customer service and quality.
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Preferably hold food safety certificates (Unit Standard 167 & 168)
