Job Description

Qualified STMS

  • Ideally, the successful candidate will have least two years’ working experience in a supervisory role in traffic management and have the relevant qualifications.
  • Combined with a great work ethic, we are looking for someone who can work unsupervised or as part of a team. They must have a strong commitment to Health and Safety and be flexible within their work hours.


Requirements:

  • Valid STMS Level 1 qualification (STMS Level 2 or higher preferred).
  • Relevant licenses and certifications, including TC (Traffic Controller) and/or TTM (Temporary Traffic Management) certifications.
  • Full Class 1 Drivers Licence and / or Class 2
  • Proven experience in traffic management and site supervision.
  • An ability to manage and audit multiple sites
  • Excellent knowledge of traffic management regulations and standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train on site staff.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to safety.
