About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
As the Finance and Admin Specialist you will support the day to day PC+ operations by leading the account administration and finance functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, claims, adhoc and cyclical operational reporting, maintaining eCargo records and managing rate and FAF adjustments.
- Management and reconciliation of all Primary Connect+ accounts in eCargo, processing AP and AR to external customers and carrier partners while maintaining updated records of invoices
- Provide financial reports from eCargo to PC+ Operations Manager for weekly performance and as when required, noting discrepancies and identify trends
- Maintain and update rate card table in eCargo to ensure accurate data is loaded against carrier partners and customers
- Process all claims for customers and carrier partners for damages, errors, lost products etc, within the agreed
- timeframes
- Calculate and maintain cyclical rate adjustments like ARR (Annual Rate Review), FAF (Fuel Adjustment Factor) and RUC (Road User Charge) following the process in place to ensure that we pay Carrier partners and charge customers accurately
About You | Mōu
- Experience in corporate administration or Accounts Payable/Receivable is beneficial, with preference for transport, logistics, or supply chain experience.
- Strong financial analysis skills including revenue, budgeting, costs, and EBIT.
- Demonstrates effective problem-solving approaches, including under pressure.
- Excellent written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management, discipline, and financial awareness.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, with strong planning and organizational skills.
