About the Business

Angel Casts support parents, family and whanau through the loss of a child, by creating tangible keepsakes for bereaved parents, in the form of ink prints and hand and feet stone casts. Angel Casts creates 3D stone replicas, capturing every line and wrinkle, including fingerprints and skin texture, preserving a perfect likeness of that child to comfort and support mums and dads in grief. We have been operating as a community group since 2013, and registered as a charity (CC52962) since 2016 after the need for bereavement support and memory making around child loss was identified in the Waikato.

About the Opportunity

This remote opportunity focuses on supporting Angel Casts' vital work by assisting with the accurate and efficient processing of tax receipts for donations received. Your contribution will directly impact our ability to continue providing comfort and support to grieving families during an incredibly difficult time. This opportunity will involve preparing and issuing tax receipts to donors in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

The Opportunity Will Involve

  • Accurately recording donation information.
  • Preparing and issuing tax receipts using relevant software.
  • Maintaining organized records of all donations and receipts.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
  • Liaising with donors as needed.
