About the Role

As a Department Coordinator, you’ll provide critical support to two directorates focused on information, data, and analytics. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the team’s operations, handling everything from diary and travel management to coordinating meetings and events. Your organisational skills and proactive approach will ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities and the delivery of outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing diaries and communications for senior leaders.
  • Organising meetings, events, and conferences, including venues, catering, and logistics.
  • Handling domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Maintaining filing systems, databases, and other documentation.
  • Coordinating onboarding processes for new team members.
  • Monitoring budgets and processing invoices and reconciliations.
  • Collaborating with other coordinators to improve office management systems.


About You

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in a team administration, PA, or office management role.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a keen eye for detail.
