We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and switched-on ServiceAdvisor to join our multi franchise dealership, representing Holden, Hyundai, Isuzu and BYD.
You'll be at the frontline, delivering outstanding customer service as the first point of contact for customers and their vehicles, ensuring they enjoy their experience and that their vehicle gets the care it requires via our team of service technicians.
You will guide customers through the process from booking, to explaining the necessary work and providing timely updates and handing the finished vehicle back, all whilst maintaining your highest level of customer service and building lasting impressions with our valued customers to ensure an exceptional customer experience for them. Prior experience as a Service Advisor is not essential; we are looking for someone with a strong passion for customer service and for the automotive industry.
