Drive operational excellence and strategic improvements across multiple teams and sites.
Collaborate with Site Managers to lead a culture of safety and quality, ensuring our high standards are met and exceeded.
Utilise your hospitality expertise to enhance customer and client experiences through innovative food and beverage trends or training and development initiatives.
Attract and retain top talent, ensuring our team reflects the high standards of the Business & Industry sector and our brands Restaurant Associates and Rapport.

Seasoned in managing multiple hospitality venues with a keen eye for operational and commercial success.
Skilled in occupational health, safety, and environment principles.
Proficient in handling employment relations, with a proven track record of resolving workplace issues and enhancing employee engagement.
Experienced in fostering strong client relationships and managing diverse teams across geographies.
