Company Overview:

Join our client, a leading provider of ERP solutions known for their innovative approach and commitment to client satisfaction.

Role Overview:

As an ERP Consultant, you will focus on managing clients’ requirements, application testing & support for their software- Odoo. This client-facing role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to write technical specifications. Training will be provided for Odoo.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with clients to understand business requirements and prepare functional documents. Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure client needs are met.
  • Provide phone and email-based support for customer queries and application issues.
  • Manage the resolution of support calls for existing clients.
  • Follow a documented process to set up new clients. This involves training, data conversion, documentation, project management and advice on business processes.
  • Estimate and manage project costs for new and existing implementations.


What you’ll need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with ERP implementations. Experience with Odoo is a bonus!
  • Use of/support of business applications.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to write technical specifications.
  • Experience in accounting preferred, but not essential.
  • Keen to work in small team environments.
