Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Volunteer Administrative Support Specialist. This role is an excellent opportunity to contribute your administrative expertise to support our organization's mission and senior management team.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating communications.
Manage and maintain office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
Oversee the use of office management software, including CRM systems and project management tools, to streamline workflows.
Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure data accuracy and security.
Assist with event planning, reporting, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
Proven ability to support senior management and manage complex administrative tasks.
Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a professional demeanor.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
