About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic cook who takes pride in preparing nutritious and delicious meals for young children under five. At BestStart Shelly Bay Road, you’ll work in a spacious, well-equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances and air conditioning for your comfort. This is a permanent part time position working 30 hours Monday-Friday

Role requirements:
Commit to making a difference in the lives of young learners with a team dedicated to excellence. We are looking for the following:
- Knowledge around health and safety in the kitchen and set high standards of hygiene and housekeeping
- A passion for cooking and baking
- An understanding of allergies and dietary requirements
- Be computer literate in order to design menus and place orders each week
- The ability to remain within the budgets of ordering food
- A passion for promoting healthy eating for young children
