About the Role:
Provide tailored support to high-risk individuals, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
Maintain accurate, confidential client records to track progress and outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, authorities, and clients to deliver comprehensive care.
Conduct phone assessments and respond to crisis call-outs with empathy and professionalism.
About You:
Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Previous experience in crisis intervention and client advocacy.
Demonstrated sensitivity, confidentiality, and composure in challenging situations.
Knowledge and understanding of the Treaty of Waitangi.
A full, clean NZ driver’s license.
Strong attention to detail and proficiency in computer systems.
