Embark on your career journey with us as an Analyst in the Real Estate Advisory team. Our multi-faceted real estate services span advisory, transactions, and transaction advisory, embedded within a broader deals environment that includes mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure, corporate finance, financial due diligence, and debt/capital advisory. Trusted with significant urban regeneration, housing, and commercial development projects, together with challenging strategy and advisory engagements, we offer a collaborative, flexible, and supportive work culture.
Within this team, your day to day responsibilities could include:
- Collaborate with the Real Estate team to provide advice on diverse property issues across both public and private sector clients.
- Assist in managing and delivering client engagements.
- Conduct research to support thought leadership and client projects.
- Engage in comprehensive financial modeling and model reviews.
- Prepare reports and deliverables for clients.
- Work towards achieving industry-relevant qualifications.
Ngā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and experience
- Ideally, some experience in the property sector, but this is not essential.
- Numerically literate with strong analytical and modeling skills; valuation experience is desirable but not essential.
- A keen interest in learning and developing expertise in real estate, with a willingness to participate in team and firm projects.
- Strong critical thinking and deductive reasoning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
