Senior Health & Safety Advisor – Exciting New Opportunity!
Are you a proactive and experienced Health & Safety professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact?
We are seeking a Senior Health & Safety Advisor to join a dynamic team working with a range of clients across different industries. If you have a passion for workplace safety, strong auditing experience, and a keen eye for risk assessment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

About the Role:
As a Senior H&S Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to businesses of all sizes.
Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting property risk assessments and hazard identification inspections
  • Performing 45001 audits of client H&S management systems
  • Carrying out site safety audits on construction projects
  • Assisting clients in developing and improving their H&S systems
  • Reviewing Permit to Work documents for high-risk jobs
  • Delivering H&S workshops and presentations to client teams


What We’re Looking For:

  • To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
  • A NZQA-approved H&S Diploma
  • Strong knowledge of NZ H&S legislation and Safe Systems of Work
  • Auditing experience
  • Industry experience in property or construction (preferred)
  • Confidence in presenting to a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to use various digital platforms
