We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant’s / Executive Assistant’s & Office Manager’s in Auckland and surrounding fringe area’s. We have a variety of short-term and long-term opportunities available, whether you are in between jobs or simply looking for the next step in your career! About you:

• Be available to start in the new year (January/February or even March) we have a variety of assignments that are different lengths, we can discuss these further with you
• Prior experience in a team environment and/or handling secretarial services
• You will have experience in managing diary’s
• Minute taking experience (some roles may not need this)
• High attention to detail
• Agility to support multiple people simultaneously
• Be a strong communicator with both excellent written and oral communications skills, with the ability to interact with senior management and clients
• Be computer savvy with proficient MS Office skills, specifically – Word, Typing, PowerPoint and Excel
