  • Permanent, full- time role. Monday to Friday, 8:30am- 5pm

The role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi
As the Administrator, you will be the go-to person to assist in the efficient and effective running of Pathways adult services located in Hamilton. You will ensure that all duties are undertaken in a professional manner and of the highest standard whilst practicing the Pathways values. In this role you’ll be faced with a variety of tasks and no two days will ever be the same! We are looking for an admin extraordinaire.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm and will be based in Kākāriki House, Hamilton East, Hamilton.

You | Mōu
We are interested to hear from people who have top notch written and verbal communication skills. You will need to be able to work independently, be a team player and have impeccable attention to detail. You will be our team’s go to person.

You will have:

  • Professionalism in your manner and presentation
  • A current first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Attention to detail, particularly regarding written documentation
  • Ability to learn new computer programmes and applications
  • Work experience in a similar role in the Health Sector is preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge of and demonstratable commitment to the principles of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi
