Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join our Stores Team at our convenient Te Rapa depot. If you are looking to get your foot in the door with a company that provides high quality products across New Zealand we're the company for you. We're searching for someone like you who is ready to learn and grow in a new team. Please note that this role is a night shift role.
The role works with our Aluminium Fleet based in Te Rapa. Primarily Monday - Friday, on our night shift 7.00pm - early hours of the morning.
The Role involves:
Loading aluminum and components from our logistics center onto trucks in a safe and secure manner
Ensuring that correct and accurate documentation is maintained
Organise and check for the accuracy of all outward freight movements, ensuring relevant documentation is maintained
Maintain communication between customers and truck drivers where possible
Ensuring that the stores area is always kept tidy and presentable
Desired Skills and Experience We are searching for someone like you, who has:
Counterbalance Forklift experience
Minimum Restricted Class 1 license
High attention to detail and accuracy to ensure that all products leaving the depot are of the highest quality
A good understanding of how to load trucks and trailers in accordance with transport legislation requirements
Fantastic communication skills
Impeccable safety standards
