He angitutanga: The opportunity We're on the hunt for an amazing Integrated Services Assistant to join the vibrant and exciting Community Partnerships Team! This is a frontline, customer focused role that supports the day-to-day operations of a busy library and multi-functional community hub. We are a multi-site integrated hub, which means we do it ALL! Not only does our mahi encompass the Central City Library, but we also deliver great programmes and services at the Ellen Melville Centre, the Albert Park Caretaker’s Cottage and Te Wharekura.

To be successful in this role you'll need to:
Have passion and experience working with people from diverse backgrounds
Be curious and comfortable with new technologies and able to support customers to successfully use information resources and devices
Have experience working with tamariki and rangatahi
Be willing to ‘muck-in’ with the delivery of programmes and events
Have flexibility and willingness to collaborate and learn across all aspects of your mahi
Have some knowledge and understanding of Te Ao Māori
