What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

In this role, you'll be supporting the AA Driver Training School in improving and enhancing learning materials and resources, working closely with the Learning and Development Lead and the wider training team. You'll assist in creating and maintaining educational resources, supporting the development of e-learning solutions, and ensuring everything stays up-to-date with training standards.

Some of your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Applying best practice techniques in adult and driver education and leveraging available technology to deliver training programs.
  • Designing and developing e-learning and other tech-based learning solutions, from authoring to maintaining online learning materials and assessments.
  • Using a range of digital tools, applications, and learning platforms to create and deploy content. This could include tools such as InDesign, Chameleon content creator, Canva.


About You | Mōu

You’ll be someone who is eager to learn and grow in the field of learning and development. You’ll have experience with course development software, learning management systems, and digital design tools, and you’ll be comfortable using these to support the creation of educational materials. A full, clean NZ driver license is required.
