Due to career progression, we are looking for a Workforce Coordinator with outstanding people, communication and administrative abilities who will be part of the experienced, high-performing team that provides rostering and administrative support to over 350 front-line security staff across Auckland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rostering of permanent employees ensuring personnel requirements are delivered for our clients
  • Management of leave and sickness coverage for frontline staff
  • Ensure payroll is processed in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Establish and maintain an outstanding working relationship with employees.
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to at a high standard


What you will bring to the team:

  • Flexibility regarding working hours (x2 shifts, 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm), including weekend availability
  • Clean criminal history and full clean New Zealand driver’s license
  • Professionalism with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to prioritise effectively
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and efficient decision-making skills
  • Proven teamwork and leadership skills – ability to maintain discipline and enforce minimum standards
  • A high standard of written and oral communication
  • Well-developed computer and administrative knowledge/skills, including use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Some leadership or administrative experience in the security, recruitment or hospitality sectors desirable, however not necessary
