TALENT ACQUISITION STRATEGY:
Entering into the third year of our Talent Acquisition Strategy we have set strong foundations for our TA function and have positioned ourselves into a mature, robust, agile, and dynamic function that is well equipped to evolve, embrace trends and a changing employee market.

We need a credible, focused, consultative Senior Talent Acquisition professional to embed themselves within our organisation as a strategic influencer. We want you to support us to take TA to the next level, continue to lift our capability across the whole organisation and raise our external profile. I will embrace your ideas and innovative thoughts and empower you to be the best you can be!

This is an opportunity to showcase your abilities to take ownership of our strategy and drive it through a range of methods with a high focus on proactively approaching talent whilst delivering value added insights to P&C and hiring managers alike. You will need to work at pace, be strategic but ensure what you deliver meets the needs of the business.

THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for:

  • Working with our tīma on the development, implementation and management of internal and external talent communities for WCC
  • Leading the development of attraction and sourcing strategies across the organisation
  • Identifying and leading the delivery of external promotional engagement opportunities that will enhance WCC's brand reputation as an employer of choice
  • Raising hiring manager capability across all facets of talent acquisition via learning sessions, coaching, meaningful conversations, and working groups.
  • Managing a diverse portfolio
