Are you a seasoned Project or Programme Manager eager to drive influential change in leading industries? We are seeking expressions of interest from independent contractors ready to contribute to Transformation Design & Delivery projects on an as-needed basis.

Our team excels in large-scale delivery orchestration, managing complex outcomes across multiple stakeholders, suppliers, and locations. Programme and Project Management are the backbone of our most critical engagements. As a contractor, your expertise will help advance:

  • Transformation Strategy and Governance
  • Transformation Management
  • Value and Investment Prioritisation
  • Major Transformation Project and Programme Delivery
  • While you will be working as an independent contractor, you will have the opportunity to engage with our projects and deliver impactful results when called upon as part of a trusted pool of contractors.


Ngā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and experience:

  • Expertise in project management methodologies, including PRINCE2, PMI/PMBOK, and Agile frameworks (SAFe, ICAgile, Scrum)
  • Experience with SAP systems and technology project management
  • Familiarity with platforms like Workday and various business domains (front office and back office)
  • Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • Strong skills in working with and influencing senior and executive stakeholders
