We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Sales PAs/Administrators to join an established, successful and high-performing sales team.

About You:
This role is suited to someone comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, who adjusts and adapts quickly and can prioritise a busy schedule. Our ideal candidate will be an honest, reliable, hardworking individual who thinks outside the box, has plenty of initiative, a good sense of humour and shares our high performance standards.

About the Role:
You will ensure everything runs efficiently by providing ongoing sales support, organising advertising and marketing, and managing the administration throughout the sales process, allowing the team to focus on what they do best - selling!

  • Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the real estate sector or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Systems Thinker: Enjoys using and enhancing systems to get the best performance out of a team environment. Likes seeing the Big Picture, but manages the details.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and external partners.
  • Technology Proficiency: Competence in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems relevant to the real estate industry.
  • Team Spirit: A collaborative and supportive team player, yet comfortable working independently.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to the dynamic needs of clients and the real estate market.
  • Bonus: You have a background in real estate and a current salesperson's license.
