We are on the hunt for a confident Lead Foreman with proven HVAC experience to join our tight-knit team at Ezi-Breeze Ltd. With over 20 years in the business, we're a well-established Air Conditioning and Electrical company based in North Canterbury, servicing the wider Canterbury region. Our work ranges from installing electrical and heat pump systems in new homes to servicing and maintaining systems in both residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities & Experience:
- Lead Foreman with Initiative: Manage new and retrofit installations, taking ownership of the project and ensuring smooth execution.
- Expert in Heat Pump Systems: In-depth knowledge of various systems including high wall, floor consoles, ducted systems, and cassettes.
- Problem Solving: Ability to plan ahead, organise jobs effectively, and think quickly when challenges arise.
- Experience: 5+ years of HVAC installation experience.
- Team Player: Strong focus on collaboration, with a customer-first attitude.
- Independent Worker: Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Full NZ Driver's License: Required.
A good sense of humour, Electrical EST licence, service & fault-finding experience, and a Fillers licence are an advantage, though not essential.
