Job Description

Are you detail-oriented, resilient, and committed to confidentiality? We are seeking a temporary Administrator to support key operational functions within a high operative government agency.

About the Role

This role involves processing and managing all mail and email correspondence as well as picking up core admin functions, ensuring all correspondence follows established guidelines. Given the high volume and sensitive nature of the work, accuracy, integrity, and discretion are critical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, check, and escalate flagged correspondence per security guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Handle sensitive information responsibly, ensuring adherence to protocols.
  • Opportunity to expand into further key functions for the right candidate.


Details of the assignment:

  • Start date: ASAP – 30th June 2025
  • 8am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday
  • Auckland location close to public transport.
  • Free parking provided

  • Strong integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience and adaptability to work within a unique setting.
  • Prior experience in trust or accounts administration is advantageous but not essential.
