Our client is a local construction company seeking an experienced Concrete Leading Hand to oversee concrete repairs and remedial works. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Quality Assurance (QA), Health & Safety, and excellent communication skills to liaise with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead concrete repair projects, ensuring adherence to QA and Health & Safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with all team members, managing both direct and challenging personalities.
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure quality control.


Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in concrete repairs and remedial works.
  • Strong knowledge of QA and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
