Role Overview

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in executing KAN's marketing strategy. You will assist in content creation, campaign management, and digital marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and engagement. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career marketer eager to take their career to the next level in a high-growth business.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Brand Development

  • Assist in creating and managing content for social media, website, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Support the development of marketing materials, including presentations, explainer videos, and advertising assets.
  • Help maintain and evolve KAN's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.

Advertising & Digital Marketing

  • Assist in executing targeted advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
  • Manage and update advertising assets, ensuring timely and relevant content.

Market Research & Data Analysis

  • Support the annual research into financial adviser (FA) and financial advice provider (FAP) preferences and behaviors.
  • Analyze marketing data, including share of search, campaign performance, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Provide insights to refine marketing strategies and content development.

General Marketing Support

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
  • Support additional marketing tasks as needed.


Who You Are:

  • A recent graduate or early-career marketer with a passion for digital marketing and brand development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is an advantage.
  • A proactive, self-motivated team player who is eager to learn and grow within the company.
