Our payroll team processes 17 fortnightly payrolls for Tranzit Group of companies, we employ over 2000 team members nationwide and we are continuing to grow! We are looking for another administrator to help us with processing accurate fortnightly pays.
This is a full-time (Monday-Friday) role, based at our office here in central Masterton.
We are looking for:
Proven experience in payroll administration is an advantage but the ability to learn and understand complex concepts is most important.
An understanding of relevant NZ payroll legislation
Strong computer skills and Payglobal MYOB experience would be a bonus!
Organised with strong attention to detail.
An excellent and approachable communicator to answer queries from our teams.
You must enjoy working collaboratively, show initiative and thrive on variety as we efficiently process one payroll to the next. We are a busy, supportive, and fun team who are committed to on-time and accurate processing. We are focussed on continuing to support our business growth as well as upskilling our team members and their skillsets.
