Our client is seeking a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a small team, and is willing to work alongside them on the warehouse floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and support a small team to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Work actively on the floor, assisting with picking, packing, and stock management.
Ensure all health & safety procedures and company policies are followed.
Monitor productivity and provide training where necessary.
Coordinate daily tasks and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of stock levels and warehouse activities.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to resolve any operational issues.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Hands-on approach with a willingness to work alongside the team.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Knowledge of warehouse health & safety standards.
Forklift license (preferred but not essential).
