We are currently looking for a mature and experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Whangarei.

This is a busy and varied role based in our Head Office. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Service Scheduling (managing inbound service phone, scheduling service jobs and associated documentation)
  • General administration (managing incoming mail, emails, vehicle fleet management. office supplies)
  • Reception (answering phones and responding to front desk enquiries)
  • Providing back up support to Office Manager and Accounts Administrator
  • Other tasks as requested by Finance Manager



To be considered for this position, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years Office Administration experience.

This is a full time position working 8:00am - 4:30pm with one 30 minute lunch break and two 10 minute breaks.
