We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our Harcourts Wigram team. Harcourts Wigram is part of the multi-award-winning Grenadier Real Estate Group with over 270 people employed within various specialist divisions and offices. This role will involve working full time Monday to Friday.

We are looking for an energetic, proactive individual who enjoys working hard and has excellent time management skills. You need to be able to juggle multiple tasks for our team and work well under pressure ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting guests and answering general office inquiries
  • Entering & updating listings on our internal CRM
  • Preparing & processing sales contracts
  • Preparation of marketing collateral
  • Administration tasks as requested by the Sales Consultants
  • General day-to-day duties and support as required


While full support and training in our systems will be provided, you will need to be able to demonstrate experience in a similar administration role and high level of initiative.

The successful applicant will also possess:

  • Excellent professional presentation
  • A super positive attitude and passion for helping others
  • Confidence and ability with technology including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with InDesign and Canva would be advantageous
  • Excellent written and spoken English
