Now, we’re looking for a creative, Content Manager to help us tell that story across all platforms.
About the Role
We’re not looking for someone to just post on social media—we need a strategic storyteller who can drive our content strategy across all platforms, engage with our audience, and help us build strong ambassador relationships.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with Utemaster’s brand and business goals.
- Create and manage content across all platforms (social media, website, email, blogs, video, ads). (Supported by our in-house Videographer)
- Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
✅ Ambassador Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand ambassadors and influencers.
- Actively search for potential ambassadors online, communities and forums.
✅ UGC (User-Generated Content) Management
- Encourage and source high-quality UGC from our community.
- Curate and repurpose UGC for use across platforms.
✅ Social Listening & Engagement
- Monitor social channels and hunting forums for customer feedback and industry trends.
- Identify and address customer pain points and opportunities for engagement.
- Engage with our audience authentically and in line with Utemaster’s brand tone.
About You
Creative and strategic— you know how to balance creative storytelling with data-driven decisions.
AI-forward —you’re comfortable using AI tools to enhance efficiency
Socially strong—you have great energy, you like people, and you know how to engage with people online and offline.
Organized and self-driven—you can juggle multiple projects and still deliver high-quality work.
Authentic communicator—you understand our audience and can speak their language.
Travel - able to travel around NZ & Australia and co-ordinate events and promotional activations
