Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service through the prompt, accurate, and professional receipt, processing, and facilitation of customer orders.
Maximize the effective and efficient application of plant resources, including driver allocation, delivery scheduling, and truck routing.
Support the Plant Manager with administrative tasks, including laboratory and concrete testing duties, to ensure the manufacture and delivery of superior quality products that meet customer specifications and are fit for purpose and market application.
Skills and Experience:
While a background in concrete production is advantageous, it is essential that you demonstrate the following behaviours:
Accuracy and attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed correctly.
Competent computer skills, with proficiency in data entry.
Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a positive, proactive attitude towards work.
Ability to build rapport instantly with both internal and external customers.
Enthusiasm for solving problems and challenging the status quo.
